Ian is the heart of the business. With his extensive years in management accountancy, he keeps the business running smoothly, overseeing and bringing out the best in the team

Operations Director

Rob is an incredible operations director, keeping all of the business departments flowing, from food safety, purchasing, sustainability and making sure our customers are looked after

Creative Director

Rebecca is responsible for production, keeping our team motivated, on track and making to the high standards we expect. She also leads our product development and marketing.

Matthew Hindle

Distribution Manager

Matthew is the newest member of the Leadership team, taking responsibility for distributing our products to our customer on time and in perfect condition. He also looks after our patisserie shops, keeping them stocked and customers happy
