CAKE AT SCALE

Our 10,00sqft Cwmbran factory serves our 20+kitchen team. 
We've invested in our kitchen and machinery. From depositors and 100kg mixers to cake icing machines, chocolate tempering machines and our water jet cutter.
Our ethos is that working with machines give an affordable quality and consistency to our products, allow us to produce in large and small volumes and allowing our chefs to spend the time on the finishing touch patisserie needs.

We have a gluten free production kitchen in Baglan, making afternoon tea, dessert and coffee shop cake for our customers across the UK
