La Creme Patisserie was founded by Sian and Ian Hindle in 2005 with the aim of making extraordinary cake in Wales.
Fast forward to 2023 and La Creme Patisserie is at the top of our game. We produce around 50,000 pieces of cake every week in our 10,000sqft unit. We've invested in our kitchen factory, with modern bakery equipment including depositors, sheets, cake cutters and our water jet cutting machine.
Our growing team includes skilled pastry chefs, bakers, cake decorators and food safety technicians. The creative team allows us to make modern patisserie, changing ranges seasonally and being able to create bespoke items with a quick turn around.
